Clients receive secure online access to statements and analytics: ledger, contract notes, realized/unrealized P/L, and performance dashboards. Two-factor authentication protects your account.
Log complaints via email or phone; you’ll receive a ticket ID and expected resolution time. If you’re unsatisfied, you may escalate to the Exchange/SECP as per prescribed process.
